Neuro-linguistic programming is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970's. They believed there is a connection between the neurological processes, language and behavioural patterns learned through experience and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.

Time Line Therapy (TLT)

TLT is a very fast and effective way of understanding how we think, feel and behave. How we feel today is very much affected by our past experiences and if these are predominantly negative can often lead to depression or phobias. This can be understood in terms of a time line of our lives. We all have one!

TLT helps to find your timeline and the root cause of many negative emotions that you might feel, such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt.

We all often have limiting beliefs that hold us back, those nagging internal voices that say 'I'm not good enough' and 'I can't do that' etc. TLT can release those feelings and blast them far away allowing happiness, motivation and success to prevail!

Behavioural change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. People don't change consciously. The TLT process allows you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change "inappropriate" programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
